• Can battery actually last for 6 hours? 

The battery life of the massage gun can in fact last up to 6 hours. 

Continuous use along with what settings are applied will shorten the life of a full charge. Please make sure that the gun is turned off after each use so as to preserve remaining charge times. 

• What if I want to travel with NFORCE to countries that don’t have 12v outlet? 

Universal travel power adapters & plugs will convert voltage for safe usage. Find them at your favorite retailer. 

• What does each vibration mode do? 

“Constant” keeps steady rhythm that does not change. 

“Pulsing” is a continuous start and stop motion. 

“Step-up” starts at a low vibration and moves up to 2 more intensities. 

• My massage gun stopped working 

Always start by contacting the retailer that you made the purchase from originally. 

Depending on their policies, they will guide you towards an exchange through them or they will refer you to contact the manufacturer for warranty. 

• My massage gun won’t charge. 

Make sure there is power available to the socket you are plugging into by checking any connected switches. Give ample time for a charge to occur. If it still does not charge, refer to the retailer you purchased it from first, and then the manufacturer. 

• How can I replace broken attachments? 

Depending on how much time has passed since your original purchase, you are able to contact the manufacturer for warranty information as well as inquiring about parts. 

• Does the massage gun really work?

• Does massage gun help me heal my wounds?

• I recently got bone injuries, is it safe to use massage gun? 

It is not recommended to use a massage gun on or around any kind of skeletal, muscular or superficial injury. Doing this can be dangerous or life threatening. 

• Can massage gun break up scar tissue? 

Scar tissue is a collection of cells and collagen that covers the site of the injury. A deep tissue massage will help break down these scar tissues, soothing pain and relieving restriction.
